How long will the delivery take?
Your Kiehl’s order will be processed and delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of your purchase.
How do I track my parcel?
To follow the status of your Kiehl’s parcel, you can visit our tracking page and key in your tracking ID. If you do have any further enquiry on the status of your parcel, you may contact us at sg-kiehls-support@ninjavan.co
What happens if I missed my delivery?
If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it, we will re-deliver on the next available date. However, please note that you will be charged a re-delivery fee of S$5 if your delivery fails 3 or more times.
How do I change my delivery date?
You are required to inform us of the changes at least one (1) day in advance. You may reach us at sg-kiehls-support@ninjavan.co and share with us your tracking ID, name and contact details for verification.
Do you deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays?
No. Our warehouse & delivery operations are closed on Sunday and Public Holidays. For orders placed within a day before and after the holiday, processing time will be extended by additional 1-2 working days.
Can I make payment via credit card?
You may pay for your purchases using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). Credit card payments are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer.
Can I make payment via cash on delivery?
You will not be able to pay for your purchase using cash on delivery.
Can I make an exchange or refund?
Yes. Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

Member year starts the day you enroll into the loyalty programme and lasts for 365 days.

Once you've enrolled in, start accumulating points by making purchases. Every dollar spent will earn you 1 point.

Membership is registered with a Mobile Number. You will become eligible for a SGD$50 Kiehl's voucher on your next purchase when you accumulate SGD$500 nett spend & above during your member year**. The SGD$50 Kiehl's voucher will be valid for 1 month from the redemption date.

Am I entitled to points for purchases made on this website?
For existing members, to earn points with your online spending, please click on checkbox upon checkout for your consent to sync your purchase order with your membership account. The points will be automatically reflected in your Kiehl’s Rewards Account within 5-7 working days. The points will be credited to the account tied to the mobile number provided.
